Boston's Other Quarterback

Dan Dawson, forward and Blazers Captain and NLL’s 2009 MVP, led the team in their inaugural season with 104 points (30 goals, 74 assists, 1st in the NLL). Dan’s storied career includes leading the NLL’s Arizona Sting in assists in 2004, being 7th in the league in points in 2005, and leading the 2008 Portland LumberJax to a league championship. Dan’s lacrosse life also includes playing for the Brampton Excelsiors and the Victoria Shamrocks of the OLA, both of whom he has led to Mann Cup victories.
